  My husband and I went there with a friend for Valentines day. We had reservations. When we arrived the lady greeted us but the reservation was for 2 not three but she said she could still seat us. She sat us at the front of the restaurant next to the hostess stand. We sat there, and sat there, and sat there (15min.) before I finally asked if we could get some drinks. Another lady came over and asked what we wanted, I asked for a wine menu or list, she grabbed a menu looked at it and said they had just changed it up and put the menu back and said what do you want. I told her what I liked and she tried to sell me a lovers shot, when I still requested wine she persisted with the shot before my husband chimed in that I had requested wine. After another 7 min. We got the bottle of wine but our friend was left with no drink. I waited again trying to get someone's attention for her water. The bus boy finally saw I needed something and came by. At this point 20 min. had passed and no server. The bus boy brought us all some water and asked if we had been waited on, we said no so he told one of the other staff and he commenced to bring out the appetizer of cold greens and cornbread. We then sat and sat again repeatedly asking if we had a server. Again bus boy to the rescue, he refilled our waters and got someone to bring the second course Caesar salad, then soup, and then the meal back to back to back.
  We asked for to-go's which we got. One lady said I'll get you some bags then turned around and stood next to hostess stand-no bags ever brought. Over all the food was okay, the service was miserable except for the poor bus boy who at least tried to get us some service. We left extremely disappointed and will not return. The place wasn't overly busy so that wasn't the issue and there seemed to be plenty of wait staff just not for our table.. Our table tent with the name of the party it was reserved for was also wrong...My husband did talk with a manger and he told the manager he wanted the bus boy to get 100% of our tip because he is the one who served us, the manager said they pool the tips- unacceptable since no one else had any interest in our experience. I hope the bus boy was able to keep it for him self... no one else deserved it.

  My fiance called at 3:08 today and spoke with a lady to make reservations for this evening the lady told him there were 2 spots available one at 7:45 or 8. He chose the 7:45 since it was a school and work night. We get there just to be told we didn't have a reservation so whoever he spoke with obviously didn't write it down. So we waited til later this evening just to be told to leave because there work staff can't write something down when there called. Thanks for ruining Valentine's evening and a dinner. Since we were lied to. At least we know better now.
